Hyatt Centric Park City

We spent four nights at Hyatt Centric Park City with friends and had an absolutely wonderful stay. We applied a suite upgrade, and the suite was massive—beautifully designed, with a fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer, which was truly a game changer on a ski trip. What really sets this property apart, though, is the staff. Erin, Shayla, and Cameron at the front desk were exceptional—attentive, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. I never had to ask twice for anything. They went above and beyond, from retrieving items we’d forgotten in our room to coordinating shuttle pickups, and even turning my daughter’s lost stuffed animal into a sweet moment by writing her a note about how it was “on its own vacation.” That level of personalization was incredibly touching. Our servers each morning were fantastic, especially Amalia. The shuttle driver (I believe his name was Justin—apologies if I missed it) was quick, informative, and full of helpful tips for getting around. The adventures desk was also incredibly helpful, offering great ideas for kid-friendly activities. The complimentary s’mores kits and hot chocolate were the perfect finishing touch. An outstanding property with an equally outstanding team—we truly can’t wait to return.

I’m relocating from Los Angeles and have been staying at Hyatt Centric Park City during the transition, and it has been an incredible experience from the moment I arrived. The driveway and roundabout instantly make the property feel special, and the lobby is beautiful, warm, and inviting with a large fire feature right in the center. The staff has been amazing. When I pulled up, the front desk agent actually came outside to greet me at my car, helped with my luggage, and made check-in effortless. Bell service delivered everything to my room while I headed straight to dinner after a two-day drive from LA. The lobby has everything you could want. There are water fill stations available all day, fruit-infused water, and coffee during certain hours, plus a market where you can grab drip or specialty coffees and some great breakfast items. I’ve been having breakfast there almost every morning. Their take on a breakfast burrito, wrapped in what feels like a pita instead of a tortilla, is surprisingly delicious. I’m a breakfast burrito snob and it definitely won me over. WAG is located right in the lobby and provides services similar to a concierge. They can arrange all kinds of activities depending on the season, from mountain biking and fly fishing to snowmobiling and dog sledding. The hotel also has an onsite game room that is well appointed and a really fun extra touch. The rooms have exceeded my expectations. I’ve now stayed in three different rooms across two of the buildings and each one has been spacious, comfortable, and very well designed. Every room I’ve been in has had a fireplace, refrigerator, microwave, and a balcony with fresh mountain air and incredible views. For someone not from the mountains, the scenery is just stunning to take in every day. The property has a pool and two hot tubs that look amazing. I have been told the pool is heated and that people even use it in the winter. The gym is great and the steam room and sauna are wonderful additions you don’t always find. The location is also perfect for anyone visiting during ski season. They have ski-in ski-out access with a ski valet on site to help with all of your gear. It seems like an ideal spot for après ski even if you are not a guest. And they are opening a massive new gondola right next door, which is incredibly exciting for accessibility and convenience. The onsite restaurant has been consistently excellent. I’ve tried a good amount of the menu by now and everything has been great. The half chicken, mushroom ramen with added chicken, and the burger have been some of my favorites. Every time I walk through the lobby, the staff is friendly, welcoming, and always ready to offer recommendations or help me get oriented around Park City. I would recommend this hotel 100 percent. It is warm, comfortable, beautifully designed, and the service has been outstanding from start to finish.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Park City. The ski-in, ski-out location was amazing, and there were great food options in Canyons Village. Our room was very comfortable, and we especially enjoyed using the hot tubs and sauna each day.

Staff went above and beyond here. We were upgraded to a larger room, were able to check in early and overall everyone we encountered was super helpful and accommodating. The ski shop was convenient and while the snow wasn't great, the hotel was.

We are the best experience during a ski vacation at this hotel. The location is excellent and it is just a short walk down the hill to the Gondola. All the staff were extremely friendly. Hamza was especially amazing and made sure we had the best experience. He went out of his way to make it felt like a concierge experience; Great job and keep it up! Can’t wait to visit again.

The location is fantastic and the rooms rreally lovely - beautiful and spacious. But what made our stay amazing was the hospitality. We arrived late and the reception and restaurant in the hotel were so welcoming. Especially our server Lian at the restaurant and the manager Griffin were so kind and wonderful. Our last lunch again did not disappoint as our server Bogdan was attentive to our every need and such a lovely person. While this is a fantastic property to stay at, hands down the Hospitality is exceptional.

We had an excellent time while staying at this property for our ski vacation. The staff were all outstanding and incredibly accommodating. One server who stood out is Bogdan, who was very courteous and made our stay extremely memorable. This is a great property and we look forward to coming back.

We stayed here for Sundance, and the location was excellent. They offer a daily shuttle to Main Street from 5:00–10:30 pm, which made it easy to enjoy the festival. The staff was mostly accommodating and attentive. The rooms were comfortable, very clean and spacious. Complimentary coffee was only available for 2 hours, which felt a bit short. We didn’t try breakfast, but it was convenient to have an on-site restaurant. The lobby had a nice ambience, we also enjoyed the game room. Overall, it was a great place to stay for the festival.
